    Today is lower body workout for me - squats - weighted and wall, walking lunges, deadlifts, calf raises, leg curls
    30 mins HITT on either the ArcTrainer or Elliptical.

    Well needed rest day. Some active and statistic stretching as my back and shoulders felt tight. Walked to and from work today in the snow. Uphill both ways!

    Putting out the recycling.

    Today's a sick day, spent most of it in bed. Any little task, like the above, became a workout requiring a nap afterwards.

    Squats: 195/205/220 for 5/3/1+ reps (13 reps @ 220)
    Bench: 165/175/185 for 5/3/1+ reps (7 reps @ 185)
    Pull-ups (pronated grip) bw+ 25/30/35 for 5/3/1+ reps (6 @ bw+35)
    All weights in lbs.

    Pushups, 2 sets, one 23 and one 12. Decline pushups, 10. Partial handstand pushups (feet on a counter), 3. Squats with a bar. Will take a walk shortly.

    Side to Side Push Ups x 10
    Russian Twist x 20 each side
    Chin Ups x 10
    Jump Ropes x 50
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    Double Kettlebell Press x 10
    24" Box Jumps x 10

    Was originally going for 5 rounds, but petered out after 3, and since I'm coming off an injury, I didn't want to push through the fatigue. Good workout overall.
