1000m swim tonight! May not seem long to the avid swimmers out there, but 1000m for me is a feat!

I haven't exactly decided, but I think I'm either swimming or I'll do a 20-minute lower-body bodyweight session in my living room while watching TV.

    Four Rounds - Untimed

    Diamond Push Ups x 20
    Vee Ups x 20
    Pull Ups x 10
    Kettlebell Swings x 20
TRX Pistols x 10 each leg

Been a long time since I've done this type of workout, due to injuries and my BB test. Need to start doing them more often.
