    Bikram Yoga. And it's my favorite "workout" ... that's 90 minutes of intense yoga in a room heated to about 102 degrees.

    Leg day. One of the best calf workouts I've had in years. Ouch! Going to be sore tomorrow.

    Squats - 6 sets
    Deadlifts - 3 sets
    Calf press - 3 sets
    Squatting calf raise - 3 sets

    Hobble to the car - 1 set
    Climb the stairs - too many fracking times!!!!

    Bicycling. Today I will do a 20 minute low intensity warmup then do 8 minute intervals of 4 each on a 6-8% gradiant with 3 minute recovery between each interval. Then easy cool down ride back and stretch. That's after an IF of 15 hours. It feels sooo good.

    Road Bike. Warm-up 30min. Then on a 6-8% grade do 8 x 4min in power zone 4 (3min recovery) Seated 70+rpm. Cool down easy and stretch. This while IF of 15 hours. Feels sooo good!

    My workout today was a 4.5 mile walk.
    April 2012--- 9st 7lbs
    October 2012-----8st 4lbs.
    Now maintaining.
