    Followed through and did 5x5 deadlifts and leg press completely to failure (HIT style) + 10 second hold. Hit the steam and sauna. Good day. Now I'm gonna eat 2lbs of mussels in garlic butter.

    3x5 Barbell Complex - RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lb) Supersetted with 3x10 barbell curls (60lb)

    3 Rounds:

    Push Ups x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Alternating Split Squat Lunge x 10 each side

    8 x 30s/1m HIIT on recumbent bike. Did this with regular sprints last week, but its too icy out today to do and the treadmills don't go fast enough.

    Different workouts for keep good fitness and the weight loss.But i like exercise
    and diets plan for keep the fitness and the health.I like some other workouts...
