    3x5 Barbell Complex - RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lb) Supersetted with 3x10 barbell curls (60lb)

    3 Rounds:

    Push Ups x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Alternating Split Squat Lunge x 10 each side

    8 x 30s/1m HIIT on recumbent bike. Did this with regular sprints last week, but its too icy out today to do and the treadmills don't go fast enough.

    Well!!Workouts has own importance in our life for keep fitness of the body.
    Different workouts for keep good fitness and the weight loss.But i like exercise
    and diets plan for keep the fitness and the health.I like some other workouts...
    1 Swimming
    2 Biceps
    3 Running
    4 cycling...

    8 mile ruckmarch with 35 lbs rucksack. Followed by;
    2.25 mile run with 70lbs of battle-rattle.

    Legs were toast afterwards.
