Getting back in the weight room after my stomach bug. So I took Jim Wendler's advice (author of 531 books) and continue my cycle as planned. Still trying to decide whether to compete the last weekend in February or the first weekend in March. Just warmed up thoroughly and then did squats my top set being belt less and my back chalked was 280 for 5 reps. Singles starting Thursday.
