I have a feeling I wont be able to move my arms tommorow, but hey, no pain no gain!
Been off the grid traveling In the Caribbean for the last wk w the husband. Still managed to crossfit, cycle through the rainforest, hike a mountain, and sprint while we were gone!!
Today we got back in the gym. Ran 1.2miles to the gym, practiced my snatch w the bar, circuit of squats, push press,and pull-ups then ran home.

Today I did chest and triceps for weight lifting.
Barbell bench press
Incline dumbbell bench press
Weighted dips
Skull crushers
Incline Flies
Tricep extensions
After several weeks of disappointing benching I was able to tie my previous record of 5 reps on barbell bench press at 255 lbs. I think I might have even been able to have done a 6th but I am trying not to go to failure. I think I had been doing poorly at the gym lately because I was in ketosis.
