    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Took my kids for a bike ride (several times around the block). I walk while they ride (since I have to push my daughter in her tricycle... she's only 2).
    I also had a 90 minute stick fighting workout tonight as well.

    I'm feeling really good these days and pretty strong.

    Tomorrow is a light Bodyweight workout day. Maybe I'll throw in some Kettlebell work too.

    sprint workout with shovelglove at the end. then a little vaca to Jax, FL. to see an old buddy. get me some vitamin D.

    5x5 day:

    start with some neck bridges on the floor/grappling mats

    overhead press, T-bar rows, some other heavy type of rows

    foam rolling thighs and hamstrings

    ooooh and some heavy dumbell farmers walks, if i can grip the dumbells because my hands are very sore from jiujitsu

    @Trok, where abouts in Jax? I have been living there for two years now, but should be migrating elsewhere within the next year...

    Today:
    Full day of work, and preparing some sweets for a wedding tomorrow (non-primal, and I will probably be bad and taste them! Marble brownies, cinnamon chocolate shortbread cookies, and red velvet cupcakes. Yum!) So... Was a good girl and got up early for 60 minutes of yoga class. My hamstrings eat that shit UP!

    HIIT cardio on recumbent bike for 30 minutes.

    I did once crunch and then realized I really don't need to do crunches...

    Warmup:
    1/4 mile run
    2x30 jacks
    2x20 aladdins: standing to deep squats and back together. There must be a better name for these

    4x6,5,5,4 clean and jerks, increasing weight
    3x1 minute sprints, uphill with a partner holding a band around you to hold you back. Evil.
    Farmers walk with kettleballs. I had never heard of these before today - both on this thread and in the gym
    2x20 kettleball swings

    2x15:
    olympic bar + weight one armed squats
    olympic bar + weight one armed row

    tabata row sprints - 100 meters on, 20 seconds off, then a 300 meter row

    2x10:
    burpees
    knees to elbows

    90 second plank
