    I have yet to start my workout. I had so much going on between work and picking up medicine and getting dinner that I haven't started yet. Once I have digested dinner I plan to do a quick shoulder workout. Some handstand pushups, some lat raises and front raises, then like a million shrugs since I only have 25 lb weights at home.

    200 sit ups; 50 shaolin push ups.

    Lunch time today:
    30 close grip pull ups; 60 diamond push ups; 90 free squats; 24 dips; 15 body sliders.
    Few but ripe.

    Felt a little dead from kenpo last night, but gave it my best go this morning. A little less than 4 weeks until I test.

    Five Rounds:

    Spiderman Push Ups x 10
    Sit Ups x 10
    Pull Ups x 10
    Jump Rope x 50
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    24" Box Jumps x 10

    Kettlebells - three rounds:

    Swings x 10
    Heavy Snatches x 5 each side
    Heavy Press x 1
    Moderate Press x 5
    TGU x 1
    Dumbell Curls x 5

    2 1/2 hrs of moderate to mild yoga practice. Oooohhhhm :-) Adrenal fatigue be DAMNED!

    50 push ups
    25 squats

    Just one set....close to failure with the pulls and push-ups in a slow controlled pace. Squats extra careful since still in recovery mode.
