    5x5 Press
    5x5 Rows
    6x2 pullups
different core exercises, working towards eventually achieving a planche.

Where is Mt. Elbert? I'm moving there soon and would love to find new mountains to explore!

Since I'm here... yesterday was a "play day", ~.25m run, 150 walking lunges, 80 push-ups, ~30x ab exercises, + l-sits, pull-ups, inverted rows, static holds on the bars. Fun but sore today!

    Today...
4-6 sets of bb glute bridge
    9(!) sets of chin-ups
4-6 sets total of suitcase DL, goblet squat, high step-up
    +
2min frantic running up and down my stairs (x12 steps)
    rest 2-4mins, repeat 5x

Experimenting with "carb-back loading" today. It is all the rage. ;-) I've been doing variations of it for...awhile, but am curious what I can squeeze out of the program going full-force. Coffee with a good whack of coconut milk and coconut oil for breakfast is surprisingly satiating!

    Five Rounds:

    TRX Rows x 20
    Push Ups x 30
    Vee Ups x 20
    Pull Ups x 10
    Dips x 15
    Jump Rope x 50
    High Kettlebell Swings x 10
TRX Pistols x 10 each side

    22:15

Pretty quick time for this circuit. On top of this, I usually start getting gassed in the middle of something like this. Today, I wasn't really tired until the very end. Conditioning is improving for my 5th BB test, but since it got postponed for two more weeks, I may have to up the strength work then cut back again a couple weeks from now.

    Kettlebell Practice:

    Three Rounds:

    Swings x 10
    Snatches x 10 each side
Heavy Presses x 3 each side
Moderate Presses x 7 each side
    TGU x 1 each side
Alternating Dumbell Curls x 5 each side

It's a couple hours west of Denver. Get going early in the morning. It's quite a hike!
