Weird workout day. Woke up too late this morning, but had training today so was able to get in a short workout. Was able to come home for lunch and get a second workout in. Overall not too bad.

Spiderman Push Ups x 10
Russian Twist x 20 each side
Sledgehammer Swings x 10 each side
Pull Ups x 10
Kettlebell Swings x 10 each side
Medicine Ball Slams x 10
24" Box Jumps x 10

TRX Rows x 20
Push Ups Off Power Stands x 20
Ab Roll Outs x 10
Kettlebell Swings x 10
Double Kettlebell Presses x 10
TRX Pistols x 10 each side
