    Power Cleans 5x5
    Push Press 5x5
    Pull Ups 3x10
    Cleans and Presses done with the fat bar. Nice contrast from the regular bar.

    Today was my day off, but I said on Facebook that I'd do 10 pushups for each 'like' my post got. I did 500 pushups. I kept the reps per set low (10 or 20), and it was really easy. If it wasn't my day off from lifting I could have gone and done a full workout after.
