10 mins of stretching, body weight squats, leg lifts, followed by a 30 min metabolic work out using light-ish weights with:

    1. kettle bell squats
    2. "back fly" (lying on belly)
    3. squat to sit/stand with sandbag
    4. cable chess fly

    1. kettle bell lunges
    2. prone chest press
    3. cable row
    4. sandbag lift to chest

Going for a brief run with the dog before the first kid gets off the bus. Beautiful day here!

This was killer, for anyone who wants a challenge... Do 8-20 reps with a medium-heavy weight for the following exercises, with no rest between sets:

    Bench Press
    Squat
    Row
    Lunges
    Overhead Press
    Step-Ups
    Inverted Row
    KB/DB Swing
    Push-Up
    Single Leg Hip Thrust
    Dips
    Single Leg Deadlift
    Rest 60secs. Repeat 2x.

I managed to complete it in about 30mins., but I couldn't match all of the reps or I had to lower the weight by 5-10lbs. I'm wondering if this would have been "easier" if I had eaten beforehand.. ;-)

Today was a 'walk around the lake' as it is commonly referred to here in Regina. Although it was more of a walk, sprint, walk, jog, walk, run, walk, do 10 flights of stairs, walk, run, walk and then do 40 pushups. Yeah. That was my workout today. Took about an hour. Did some stretches in there too. My hips are terrible, they pop and do random spazzing at times. Need to figure that out.
