My WOD was insane! I wanted to give up so bad! haha
5 rounds for time of:
400m Run
30 wall balls (20/10)
30 box jumps (24/18)
1- mile jog, then 15 pull-ups, 40 quats, 20 assisted push-ups, 1 min plank. than one lap jog around the track then repeat besides the mile jog. not a bad workout
Five circuits of:
Pullups: 10 first time, 7 each time after
Planks: 22.5 lbs on my back, 60 sec hold
Jump Squats: holding 20lb dumbbell in each hand
Push Ups: 15lbs on my back, side to side variation
