    Convict Conditioning - pullups, squats & grip work. 3-5 worksets of each.

    Barbell Complex 3x5: RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (105lb load). Forearms just couldn't handle 4 sets today.

    Three Rounds:
    Push Ups x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Mountain Climbers x 20

    400m Run
    30 wall balls (20/10)
    30 box jumps (24/18)

    1- mile jog, then 15 pull-ups, 40 quats, 20 assisted push-ups, 1 min plank. than one lap jog around the track then repeat besides the mile jog. not a bad workout

    Five circuits of:

    Pullups: 10 first time, 7 each time after
    Planks: 22.5 lbs on my back, 60 sec hold
    Jump Squats: holding 20lb dumbbell in each hand
    Push Ups: 15lbs on my back, side to side variation

    That was mine today

    18 total sets of push presses, lunges, single leg hip thrusts, push ups, bench press, DB rows... And a little 5min. circuit of BW squats and bench press. I just got SMOKED!

    Today is complete as many rounds as possible in 30 min of:

    6 squat cleans to thruster (135/115)
    2 rope ascents (15ft)
    10 wall balls

    8 rounds +6, +1
