    Another BBS big five today....I'm gonna do some pre-exhausts as static holds prior to hitting the chest press though. I'm getting too heavy again and want to fatigue a bit before I hit the lift. Alrighty....may as well hit it now.

    4x5 Barbell Complex: RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lb Load)

    Three Rounds:
    Push Ups x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Burpees x 10

    I'll be doing as many sets of this during the day at work:

    5 pull ups
    10 push ups
    15 squats

    Later, I'll be lifting:

    1x5, then 2x3:
    Deadlift - 320 lbs., then 335 lbs.

    3x5:
    Upright row - 170 lbs.
    Shoulder push-ups

    Also going for a 1.7-mile walk at work.

    Sprint Day:
    During Lunch
    8 Sprints of 30 Seconds each at 12mph on treadmill
    Rest in between 60 - 90 seconds walk/run

    Mixed Martial Arts:
    This evening:
    90 Minutes Kali Weaponry and JKD
    SW (207lbs) 8/1/2012
    CW (188lbs)
    Primal Since 8/1/2102

    Today is what im calling bonus day.

    3x10 of:
    Incline Db Rows
    Reverse Curls
    Lateral Raises
    Db SHoulder Press

    2x10 (im tri dominant)
    Rolling Db Extensions.

    Mobility/stretching tomorrow.

    2-3 miles walking and random squat, pushups and pullups with body weight.

    Got and adjustment and doing some "mobility work" this afternoon
