I'll be attempting this when I get up in the morning:
- 45 minute squash match, then to the beach for
- 4 x 20 second sprints
- 3 sets of 5x handstand pushups, 30 seconds plyometric squat jumps, 20x pushups (wide, narrow, normal)
- 2 minutes sand hill runs
- 30 second isometric pushup hold
- 5 minute jog on the grass
I've been doing Stronglifts 5x5 recently. Going to give these metabolic processes a blast. I Hope.
