    Worked up to 1RM today for squats. Hit 325 lbs and called it good.

    Push Ups x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20

    *On the last round I had to scale down the Hang Squat Cleans, then I dry heaved when I was done.

    Primal Blueprint Expert Certification
    Just finished SimpleFit Level 5, Day 3:

    For time
    26 pull ups
    51 push ups
    51 squats

    I did it in 3 minutes, 55 seconds. If you get under 5 minutes on the 3rd day of each level, you move up to the next level. I'll be starting Level 6 on Monday.

    Later I'll be lifting:

    1x5, then 2x3:
    Bench press - 155 lbs., then 170 lbs.
    Squat - 135 lbs., then 150 lbs.

    3x5:
    Bent-over row - 175 lbs.
