    I cleaned like a mad woman, I have company coming. I did my usual body weight stuff. Burpee's, push ups, dips, squats and planks. Then I went and sang for three hours.

    R2R - which is about 140 yards total

    Very excited, made it 7 rounds.

    After the kids were off to school, walked the dog 3.2 miles.
