I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.

Today's workout was farmer walks (about 20 ft +/-) with a 60lb db in each hand. At one end, I'd put them down, and do five pull-ups. Then walk back with them to the other end, and do five push-ups. I did this for 15 minutes, then did a few sets of crawling pushups, and did a little bit of stretching. 30 min total.

I also got outside twice with my 22-month-old girl. We went for two walks, and played at the playground for about 45 minutes. For some appreciable part of that time, I was carrying her.

Yesterday was a "rest" day, though I spent the whole day getting the house/yard ready for company today. Was able to sneak in a workout this morning:

    Walked the dog 2 miles

    Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5
    Barbell Rows 5x10
    Good Mornings 10-10-10-10-10
    Weighted Pull Ups 5x5
Incline Bench Press 5-4-3-2-2 (tied PR for 2 rep max - was weighing 50lbs heavier last time I did it)
    In and Outs 5x25
    Barbell Curls 3x10
