    Primal Fuel
7 mile hike on this gorgeous, perfect late spring day wearing about a 15 lb backpack, going to ramp up the miles / weight as weather and time dictate to train for my big summer PCT backpack.

    Yesterday :

2-hour "Conditioning Camp" involving running mechanics, agility drills, and to finish it off, shuttle sprints. Then I was dumb and went and played 2 hours of pickup football.

    Thus, today is rest.

    Five Rounds:

    TRX Rows
Push Ups off the Power Stands x 20
Oblique Vee Ups x 10 each side
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Jump ropes x 50
    High Kettlebell Swings x 10
    TRX Pistols x10 each side.

Was supposed to be timed, but when I finished I noticed I didn't start the stopwatch app. Probably took somewhere between 20-25 minutes.

^Enjoy! This made me laugh. We recieved an order once that was 8 bells- 2 each of 25, 35, 53, and 70. It was a 95 degree with 100% humidity day. I thought the UPS guy was going to keel over after unloading them, he was soaking wet, and wanted to know what was so heavy. I gave him a glass of water since I felt so bad.
