    2 Kettlebell Full Body Complex Ladder:
    This consisted of decreasing ladder from 5 reps to 1.
    17 minutes

    7 exercises in a row = 1 rep
    2 - 35lbs KB

    -Snatch
    -Clean
    - Overhead Press
    - Overhead Squats
    - Lunges
    - Prone Presses
    - Get Ups

    7 mile hike on this gorgeous, perfect late spring day wearing about a 15 lb backpack, going to ramp up the miles / weight as weather and time dictate to train for my big summer PCT backpack.
