    5 rounds of
    3 pull ups (I substitute 9 Australian pull ups)
    10 push ups
    16 squats

    Wanted to go for a walk but it's raining

    BBS big Five again. Went up 10lbs on press and pulldowns. Went up in TUL on all others...so will bump squat up 10lbs next week.

    very first parkour lesson -- DH, DS and I did it together. LOTS of fun. DS is feeling nothing. DH and I are already sore, and it only ended 2 hrs ago. lol
