    2.5 mile walk, with sprints mixed in towards the home stretch * Submission Wrestling * a light round of kettle bell swings; pull ups on the rings; dips (realized how crappy I am with these); kettle bell squats; then I had rounds on the heavy bag (nothing too intense) then just cycled those activities.

    Ring Chinups : 50reps, sets of 2, slow tempo

    Barbell Complex 4x5: RDL/Row/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lbs)

    Five Rounds:

    Diamond Push Ups x 10
    Oblique Vee Ups x 10 each side
    Back Hyperextensions x 10
    Pull Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Mountain Climbers x 10

    Finisher: 60 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating 10 each side) - wanted to do 100, but I was toast by this point.

    3 sets, 5 reps each:

    Deadlifts - 230 lbs.
    Bent-over rows - 160 lbs.
    Upright rows - 120 lbs.
    Shoulder shrugs - 230 lbs.
    Front shoulder lifts - 80 lbs.

    Bodyweight exercises:

    Pushups - at least 120
    Pullups - at least 6
    Shoulder pushups - 3 sets, 5 reps each
    Australian pullups - 3 sets, 5 reps each

    I already walked a mile today. I'll walk another 1/3 of a mile after my workout to cool down.
