    Weighted Pull Ups 5x7
    Walking Overhead Lunges 3x10 - first time doing these since the ab injury, felt really good.

    15 minute warm up, 7 x 3 minute at 70%-80% intervals, 20 minute cool down (running)

    Walking on my hands for bout 20 yards. Have noy done in a while so lost balance about 3 times on the way. Walked a couple miles. Still pretty toasted from yesterday.
