Deadlift, bench press, max effort pushups and situps, bit of swimming, 2 mile run for time. In other words, I deadlifted and benched and swam, then did the army PT test.
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
Yesterday I biked 22 miles - 11 to work and 11 home (home was in the rain).
Today I took the dog to the tennis courts and chucked a ball around - while she was retrieving it I did pullups and a couple pushups.
Simple. Fun.
Good BBS routine today
Squat(up 10lbs), Chins (up 10lbs), Shoulder Press, Rows (up 10lbs), Bench...did a 100 second static with increasing intensity as pre-exhaust before going right into bench. Done in about 15 minutes with 2 minute carpet time. Considering splitting this routine.
Going for sushi buffet and crab legs now. Peace out!
