Jiu Jitsu, with some kickboxing sparring during open gym; and topped it off with a cross fit session: 20 kettle bell swings; run from one end, then back with the kettle bell; kettle bell squats; lat pull downs using the rings (20 of those); 20 box jumps; 20 shoulder presses with the dumb bells; then 20 reps with the ab wheel. Repeat for 30 minutes. Ended the day with a 2.5 mile walk from the gym to the bus stop.

Light weights later on and an hour- hour and a half walk.
Yesterday sqats, overhead press, power clean and jerk, and farmer's walk. Today, 18 hours of a computer screen stare / desk chair sit superset.
