    Finally well enough to work out again:

    Walked the dog 3 miles

    Three Rounds:

    Spiderman Pushups x 20
    Ab Roll Outs x 10
    Dumbell Rows x 10 each side
    Jump Rope x 50
    High Kettlebell Swings x 10
    Alternating Split Squat Jumps x 10 each side
    Pull Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    One Legged Squats x 10 each side

    Did my normal BBS routine on Sunday and

    Today did 10 minute jog followed by 6 one minute "rounds" alternating high intensity and moderate with the heavy bag. Was toast after that.

    Overhead Press : 3x205, 6x175, 8x145
    Chinups : 60 in 24minutes

    First ever Rx'd workout last night
    160 single skips (others did double unders 1/2 the number, but our trainer called it Rx'd for either)
    21 kb swings @ 16 kg
    21 burpees
    80 single skips
    15 kb swings
    15 burpees
    40 single skips
    9 kb swings
    9 burpess
    15:29

    Burpees slow me down so much, I really suck at them!

    only went up to 170lbs.

    Barbell Complex 4x5 RDL/Rows/Power Clean/Front Squat/Press (95lb)

    Three Rounds:

    Diamond Push Up x 20
    Incline Sit Ups x 20
    Back Extensions x 20
    Chin Ups x 10
    Dips x 10
    Mountain Climbers x 20

    Other than the dog walking, whole workout took about 15 -18 minutes

    Chinups : 70 in 27min
