2 hour walk mostly barefoot.
Front squats last night, did a good rep at 50 kg, and not so good rep at 55 kg, but happy with that, since 3 weeks ago it was 45 kg.
I'm changing up things before I have a torn bicep muscle...
Swim 50 meters freestyle. 20 push ups. 50 meters breaststroke. 25 air squats. Did these on minute intervals... Minute Zero start swim. On the minute 1 start push ups... etc... helps if your pool has a large interval clock. Watches don't work well with swim workouts.
Did this for 40 minutes. Short workout but by minute 30 you are really working to maintain form and make the push up and squat intervals... Swim is comes easy for me since I've been doing it since i was three.
Grease the groove:
5 pullups every hour on the hour.
Deadlift : 395x4, 335x5, 275x7
Overhead Press : 200x4, 170x5, 140x7
Wall Hand Stands
I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.

Today was a 'make the best of a crappy hotel gym' day. And by crappy I mean the GYM was crappy. The hotel is fine. So there were 3 HUGE treadmills, 2 HUGE bulbous ellipticals and a HUGE stair stepper machine. All with a TV screen mounted on top. Then there were a bunch of big isolated muscle machines. You know, a big thing just for biceps curls, another big one for leg raises, whatever. Then in the final row was 2 bikes (again with TV monitors) a pulldown/seated row thing (couldn't you at least have a real rowing machine?!) and a big rack full of dumb bells. At least the last place I stayed had some kettle bells!
So. Todays workout. 10 'kettlebell' swings (done by holding onto one end of a 50 pound dumb bell and trying not to throw it into the mirror. Because of this I stuck with russian swings since the american style seemed ill advised) then 10 'pull ups' by using the lat pulldown station at as heavy of a weight as I could manage (I can't quite do a fully unassisted pull up yet anyway.) times 5 rounds. Then 50 air squats. Not a crazy head workout but good after spending the whole day before on airplanes. After my meeting I REALLY needed to be outside and moving so I went for a 30 minute walk and then spent about 20 minutes sitting in the grass stretching. It was awesome.
