    Today... no workout. Woke up last Tuesday and my shoulder was all messed up; don't know why.

    But my regular thing is to do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and dips (two sets of as many as I need to start feeling that burning feeling... and not more) Tuesdays and Thursdays (though it varies if I've worn myself working). I go out on Saturday or Sunday and spend maybe twenty minutes alternating between walking, jogging, running really fast, slowing down, maybe stopping to huff and puff if I must, walk until my heart rate is back down at a reasonable level, go back to running really fast... just cycle this until I feel like it's time to stop.

    But it's not a schedule. If I don't feel like it, I don't. If it's not time to do it but I do feel like it, I do. Some days I get home from work kind of excited about something or other and go sprinting just to feel the speed. Some days I work so hard on the job I skip the strength training. My "move slowly" is pretty much always just what I do on the job.

    4 mile hike with dogs and wife at local state park.
    3 mile run.
    1.5 mile walk with dogs.

    Today we did:

    KB Clean ladder (thankfully 2 hands, not the 1 that bruised my arms).

    10 x 16 kg

    6 x 24 kg

    3 x 28 kg

    2 rounds.

    Then:

    600 m run

    21, 15 and 9 reps of:

    Power clean (breathing ladder, so hold breath at bottom, let out at top, then hold breath till bottom) 30 kg

    Pullups (purple and red band)

    Burpees

    400 m run

    I did 24:08, pretty happy with that, burpees slowed me down a lot though.

    Walked the dog 3 miles

    6km run. I did 7.6 km yesterday and 10 on Friday. I have a 10k coming up in a month and I'm aiming for under 45 minutes. With all the smack I have talked I had better deliver

    Today was fantastic outside so me and a buddy went trail walking for about 2hours. After I got home I spent some time doing my favorite thing ever; tree climbing. After all the vigorous play, I took a dive in the ice cold pool water.

    Wonderful day.
