    (4) Hill sprints. Its a very steep and long hill. After 4 I had to lay down for at least 5 minutes! Brutal!!

    Took a good 15 minutes to feel somewhat normal again. Feel great now!!

    Whole thing wasn't much more than 5 minutes. Better conditioning than running for miles spending hours doing it.

    Did murph yesterday in 54:24
    1 mile run
    100 pullups (2 bands)
    200 pushups (knee)
    300 squats
    1 mile run. Very happy with my time.

    Todays workout involves box jumps, kb swings and hang snatches.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (with four rounds of rolling); then Kickboxing featured a tabata (a nice change-up) package of KB swings; squat thrusting a medicine ball; punches on a heavy bag; then kicks on a heavy bag. Classed ended with four to five rounds of sparring.

    Yesterday I hit the gym the lift heavy things.
    1 set squats, 1 set bench press, 1 set pushups.
    Then I went for a nice long ski with my dogs and got loads of Vitamin D

    Well since I fasted through friday to just 5 minutes ago I hadn't planned on doing much. I did plan on doing pushups, pullups and lunge jumps (which I did). Then I walked to the store and raced a car going 40mph until I ran out of gas.
    In all of the universe there is only one person with your exact charateristics. Just like there is only one person with everybody else's characteristics. Effectively, your uniqueness makes you pretty average.
