    10 minutes of chi kung,10 squats,1 minute plank,20 push ups,10 sit ups followed by 30 minute run.

    Walked the dog 2 miles

    Five Rounds:

    Side to Side Push Ups x 10
    Alternating 3 pt. Supine Bridge x 10 each side
    Chin Ups x 10
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    Split Squat Jumps x 10 each side

    Kettlebell Practice - Three Rounds
    Kettlebell Swings x 10
    Heavy Kettlebell Snatches x 5 each side
    Heavy Kettlebell Press Ladder 1-2-3
    Medium Kettlebell Press Ladder 5-6-7

    3 mile walk....jacking around on the jungle gym with my kid. Flips and whatnot on the trampoline with some 30-40lb sandbag (kid) tosses.

    2 sets of one arm -ve rep chins
    followed by one set of 9 pullups
    2 sets of single leg squats
    110kg (242lbs) deadlift 2 sets of 5 reps
    One arm hangs.
    30 min walk

    New medicine balls. Didn't count sets, just went for twenty minutes doing twists, slams, lunge with twists, wood choppers and squat to overhead press throws.
