    seated chest press 55kg (3 x11)

    Haven't done my simplefit properly in a month because time, life blah blah
    So today back in to level 4 day 1, only 16 rounds in the 20 minutes, which is a little soft.
    Plus a walk later.

    Last night I did:
    15 mins AMRAP:
    10 x hang power cleans 30 kg (Rx'd weight)
    20 x box jumps (13 inch box) Not Rx'd
    1/2 gasser sprint (about 50 m or so)
    I did 5 full rounds, not super great, but happy with it, since id just had a week off sick.

    Tonight we work on 1 rep max for back squat, id love body weight, but I shall see.

    Hi Jeff,
    Today is Tuesday and I will do 45 mins cardio and then lower body & benches.
    I worked on all body parts 5 days a week and get 2 days off to relax my toned muscles.

    Terrible day. I'm on week 3 of Starting Strength. After two weeks of great gains, I got this hair-brained idea to go low-carb again (after 8 months of low thyroid and low testosterone, didn't learn my lesson apparently). I've been in a rage for the past two days, despite eating very high fat. Screw this, it doesn't work for me. I'm eating sweet potatoes. I felt strong for two weeks eating a bowl of quinoa pasta every morning and a potato PWO, there is no reason to hurt myself with low carb dogma.

    Anyway, here's what I attempted:

    Squat: 135x1x5 (warm-up), 205x1x4 (fail), 140x1x2 (no energy, form fell apart)
    Bench: 135x1x5 (warm-up), 175x1x3 (fail), 165x1x4 (fail)
    Deadlift: 185x1x4 (warm-up), 245x1x4 (couldn't straighten fully), 225x1x3 (de-load)

    Tried to do bicep curls afterwards, did 7 with 50lbs, and stormed out of the gym in a rage. Fuck low carb.
