I didn't like the rules you gave me, so I made some of my own.

I just got a mini trampoline. So much fun, like jumping on the bed.

Heavy Bag (about 50 lbs.) carry up and down stairs (2 X Up 2 X Down/alternate shoulder)
    6 Pull Ups
    25 Push Ups
5 Tire Flips (it is a big tire)

    25 Flutter Kicks

All with a 20ish pound weight vest or IOTV

Did a F'd up sorta bull rush BBS workout. Reguardless of previous reps/TUL increased the weigh on every exercise by 10lbs. Sooo....
    Squat
    Pulldowns
    Chest Press
    Rows
    OH Press
Results were pretty good considering the F U I'm gonna lift more mentality of the day. Actually I wish I coulda done this with someone else just adding the ten pounds without my knowledge. Reached same reps/TUL on Squat, pulldown, and OH press. Struggled significantly and lost some time on chest press and to a lesser extent rows. The chest press could be psychological...previously torn left pec tendon from 2 years ago that started off aching on the second rep. Ah, well. Overall good workout.

Half-assed P90X2 X2Core and did a little bit of Scott Herman's no weight contraction/flex routine. It was my day off, but I wanted to get the blood flowing.
