Did a F'd up sorta bull rush BBS workout. Reguardless of previous reps/TUL increased the weigh on every exercise by 10lbs. Sooo....
Results were pretty good considering the F U I'm gonna lift more mentality of the day. Actually I wish I coulda done this with someone else just adding the ten pounds without my knowledge. Reached same reps/TUL on Squat, pulldown, and OH press. Struggled significantly and lost some time on chest press and to a lesser extent rows. The chest press could be psychological...previously torn left pec tendon from 2 years ago that started off aching on the second rep. Ah, well. Overall good workout.
Half-assed P90X2 X2Core and did a little bit of Scott Herman's no weight contraction/flex routine. It was my day off, but I wanted to get the blood flowing.
Short sprint session while in 24-hour fast after a naughty weekend. Feeling better!
