Hi buddy,..
Today i get up early in the morning after the breakfast i came in the office because today work is
very hard in the office .Today i am full busy and i have no time for relaxation.
6km run this morning and I felt very fast. I have a 10k race coming up in 6 weeks so I'd better get cracking if I want to break 45 minutes for 10k.
If I feel spunky enough later I'll be doing p90x plyometrics.

I just got a wii and tried out Gold's Gym cardio boxing for an hour haha.....not gonna lie, I actually worked up a pretty good sweat. Still gonna go do some manly deadlifts at the gym though.
