6km run this morning and I felt very fast. I have a 10k race coming up in 6 weeks so I'd better get cracking if I want to break 45 minutes for 10k.

If I feel spunky enough later I'll be doing p90x plyometrics.

I just got a wii and tried out Gold's Gym cardio boxing for an hour haha.....not gonna lie, I actually worked up a pretty good sweat. Still gonna go do some manly deadlifts at the gym though.

22 sets of dumbbell swings with an 85 pound dumbbell. Sets of 10. It was very intense and I think my hamstrings are going to hurt tomorrow.
