I did the PrimalCon workout of the week in 21 minutes :-)
First real vibrams "run" ever. About a 9 minute pace, pretty slow, really. Ah well it was my first ever vibrams run, first run of the year, etc. Feet feel ok. Did some other stuff, too.

This is my first off weekend in Starting Strength. I went to the city park with my little brothers and did the fitness trail. Total of 1.83 miles with "exercise stations" every tenth of a mile. Mostly climbing, stretching, and balance. Not much of a workout. I ran or sprinted between each station, did a few push-ups. It was just nice to get some blood flowing to my sore muscles haha
Yesterday was a rest day. I usually make the weekend my heavier barbell days, but I've spent the last two days interviewing candidates for the next head football coach at our school, so all the sitting has made me a wreck. Figured CST style workout better for today:
