    Walked 1 mile and jogged 1 mile.

    Its getting quite warm here today so I may take the bike out later and pedal a few miles as well. All in all though today is a move slowly day for me.

    10 push ups
    10 tricep dip
    10 squats
    10 second plank
    repeat four times.

    TRX Push Ups 3x10
    Pull Upx 3x10

    I've been slacking off. Have been doing simplefit but needed a bit more variety today to push myself back into things.
    So, at home, five rounds of:
    20 push ups
    30 squats
    15 overhead press push ups (would love to work up to a handstand then handstand push up)
    15 squat calf raises
    15 straight bridge
    10 (5 each leg) knee squats/lunges
    50 jumping jacks.
    Rest, repeat.

    Then a short walk to a nearby park for negatives x 10, hanging leg raise x 10, skip rope sprints for 5 max rounds unless I die beforehand.
    Believe and achieve.
