Was traveling during the week - hit hotel gym but it only had machines - really appreciating how much more full-body and motion-related free weights are by comparison.
Anyway, back home finally...
1x5 dead lift @ 270
4x5 standing overhead press @ 150 (with improved form)
3x5 squats @150
1x5 clean n jerk @ 150
There was some morning nookie, too, put that down as a hundred or so pushups.
