impromptu pull up session in a kids play ground... Got my first muscle up first try!!
Just figured I'd have a go and bingo, I flew up over the bar =D

Well I was going to go out and do sprints this morning, but the overnight snow put paid to that idea, so I spent a couple of hours shoveling snow instead, I think that's my WOW sortedcertainly I feel knakered, I sweated a lot and my arms and shoulders now feel proper 'used'

30 minute run in ice,snow and slush.
An hour on horseback.
Starting Strength - Squats, bench press, chinups, and then I added biceps curls. Also a walk and a bike ride.
