    Today I had a quickie:

    1. Enter gym
    2. Three minute warmup
    3. 80kg x 20 front squats
    4. Leave

    Abs and legs sore

    impromptu pull up session in a kids play ground... Got my first muscle up first try!!
    Just figured I'd have a go and bingo, I flew up over the bar =D

    3x5 (rack-free) squats @ 150
    3x5 (standing) overhead press @ 150

    No where's that damn bucket...

    Well I was going to go out and do sprints this morning, but the overnight snow put paid to that idea, so I spent a couple of hours shoveling snow instead, I think that's my WOW sorted certainly I feel knakered, I sweated a lot and my arms and shoulders now feel proper 'used'

    Starting Strength - Squats, bench press, chinups, and then I added biceps curls. Also a walk and a bike ride.

    3 sets of 10 reps each of 1 pull up + 2 push ups + 3 squats. 60 sec rest between sets.
    Dead lift: starting weight 200 lbs (4 reps) and max weight 242 lbs (one rep).
    Torso rotation (machine based).
    Few but ripe.
