Carrying a 35lb box of raw meat and a 40lb bag of cat litter up the stairs to the 4th floor of my building.

I'm hoping primal will eventually do away with my asthma attacks, but right now I want to die.

    Walked the dog 2.5 miles

    Barbell Complex 4x8 (95lbs):

    RDL-Row-Power Clean-Front Squat-Press

These beat me down pretty quick. By the last set I think I was doing more density than an actual complex

    Body Weight Circuit, Four Rounds

    Push Up x 20

    Incline Sit Up x 20

    Pull Up x 10

    Dip x 10

    Mountain Climbers x 20

Was going to do sprints as a finisher, but ran out of time.

Walked 2 miles with doggers this morning before work

Going swimming for once a week sprints at 2:30... swimming sort of kicks my ASS! Prohibited from running sprints due to a muscle tear and discovered swimming makes me pant, pant, pant, gasp, gasp, gasp.

Yesterday was my first day back in the gym since the vehicle accident. I hit 2 sets on every body part.

Today I will start the 5x5 system will a little tweak to it.

not exactly what you are asking for but I sprinted with my boston terrier and she/it kicked my but. I usually do lots of pullups, pushups and shoulder work and also deep lounges and lounges. having a V-Shaped Back and a good butt always goes a long way.
