I'm sure I could do more weight on squats, but I'm not going from a rack, I'm "cleaning" the bar up on my shoulders from the ground, and that's the limiting factor for now.
I used to get a sharp, short pain in my shoulder when throwing things (baseball, skipping stones, whatever). Always assumed it was a left over injury that hadn't gotten taken care of. But with all the exercising, I noticed this morning the pain during throwing motions is gone! So perhaps it was just an "evenness" in my pathetic state of weakness. Will continue to monitor...
