From today i am planning to do some yoga exercise becasue none of other exercise helped me to lose my weight. I learned yoga in my childhood now I am going to rewind all those days in my mind to do it perfectly.

    With 135lbs free weights...

    3x5 deadlift
3x5 standing overhead press (I guess that also implies 3x1 clean&jerk)
    2x5 squat

First day with a full weight set of my own. It'll get better...goal is 5x5 on all, @225lbs, by June

A good walk by the river then onto the grocery store and home. Beautiful weather. Who wouldn't want to be outside?

    Crossfit
15 mins AMRAP (As many reps as possible):
5 x clean and press (i just had the wooden plates on the the olympic bar, so I could get the technique right, but it was still bloody hard).
10 x toes to bar (no-one did this, it was just knees up as high as poss and OMG!)
200 m run (due to my injury I was on the bike).
    I managed 5 rounds + 1 clean and press.

Hoping to feel good enough tomorrow to do something more substantial.
