    Pretty intense karate last night, felt slow this morning.

    Walked the dog 2 miles

    Five Rounds:

    Dive Bomber Push Ups x 10
    Vee Ups x 10
    Dumbell Rows x 10 each side
    Jump Ropes x 50
    Kettlebell Snatches x 10 each side
    Burpees x 10

    Last night was rough - feeling beat up, could only complete one of the two prescribed Gorilla Workout sets of:

    20x Dead Bugs
    10x Dips
    20x The Stretcher

    Tonight it's burpees...gonna be fun...

    Today's workout - moving a 300 lb set of Olympic weights from store to truck to garage.

    Time to kick things up a notch.

    Cross Fit -row 250, 90 jumps on jump rope, 8 overhead squats -4 rounds. Did 50 crunches afterwards.

    Yesterday I walked around the pyramids of Egypt for about 6 hours total. Climbed one of the really small ones that was lacking a no climbing sign.
