Today's workout - moving a 300 lb set of Olympic weights from store to truck to garage.

Cross Fit -row 250, 90 jumps on jump rope, 8 overhead squats -4 rounds. Did 50 crunches afterwards.
Yesterday I walked around the pyramids of Egypt for about 6 hours total. Climbed one of the really small ones that was lacking a no climbing sign.
