    I'm away from my weights most of this week, so doing "daily maintenance" bodyweight Gorilla workouts. Last night was 4 rounds of:

    10x Tuck Jump
    10x Split Jump
    10x Inclined (legs elevated) push ups

    Began Starting Strength yesterday. Today I walked to work (half-hour) and will walk home obivously later on. Because it's an easier work day I might do some light yoga tonight before day two of SS tomorrow.

    Boxing: 1 hour. Includes plenty of pushups, burpees, situps, and skipping rope too.
    Walk dogs 20 minutes
