Went on a bicycle ride for about an hour ... got the quads burning in an interval fashion. Not really a workout, since cycling is a hobby, and the sun was shining.

Then: 100 push-ups in batches of 10, done during 90 minutes. Also not really a workout - more like active recovery. I wish I could anything remotely similar with pull-ups!

I mainly worked in the yard. I havent done much of an active "workout" all week... I have hiked and done some weights a little but mainly have worked in the yard on the warm days so I have less to do when I go back to work this spring. not to mention I have been sick. I cant wait to get back into a routine though

An hour long snorkel along a beautiful reef, and another hour-long walk through town. Might finish with a second snorkel. Moving slowly!
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/

Yes! I started skating again and hope to get good enough to join a very amateur team. Great work out.

I love that this thread is still going! I've been doing Wendler for the past 3 months, made some strength gains, but not impressingly so. I liked the consistency but I'm ready to challenge myself big time again with some weighted circuits! Here are mine these past two days:

    5 chin-ups
    6 thrusters, 24#
    7 push-ups
    8 lunges, 24# (each leg)
9 one-legged glute bridge (each leg)
    10 jumping lunges (each leg)
Decrease by 1 rep each round until you have finished all of your exercises. This took me about 20 minutes, I was smoked!

Rest day, then today some "ladders" with a 45# barbell:
    front squat
    one-legged deadlift, each leg
    push press
    wide-grip push-up
    10,8,6,4,2,4
Try to go down and up the ladder in 15mins. Rest 30sec between rounds, but do not put the barbell down between exercises.
    + 7 jump squats
    7 lunges, each leg
    6 jump squats
    6 lunges, each leg
..etc. Took me a little over 5mins.

    SMOKED!
