    Primal Fuel
    5x5 on the bench at 250...failed on the last rep of the last set...SHIT.
    5x5 dumbbell incline
    5x5 decline bench
    5x5 "throws" on the smith machine(really helps with explosiveness of chest workout movements)
    1hr bike at 130-135 HR

    Big meal afterward. Tabata squats tomorrow!

    It was....cant wait to do it again this weekend but it will be a much longer one we went on a 7 mile hike that turned into 15 recently

    19 km cycle in 1:03, felt good, but def would love to get faster.
    I am still a bit of a chicken on the fast downhill parts, but I do enjoy it.

    Went on a bicycle ride for about an hour ... got the quads burning in an interval fashion. Not really a workout, since cycling is a hobby, and the sun was shining.

    Then: 100 push-ups in batches of 10, done during 90 minutes. Also not really a workout - more like active recovery. I wish I could anything remotely similar with pull-ups!
