Workout today is just walking around getting used to the VFF KSOs

today I have done pullups, chin ups, bent over rows, shoulder pressesdecline pushups and pulldowns. for abs I did pike crunches and something called iron inch and I may go do a 3 mile walk on a hilly paved terrain
Today i would like to do chest workout because i am doing biceps game previous 6 days.

BOSU in the gym for about 30 minutes...following 30 min of cardio interval workout
Worked out with my trainer today, lifting heavy things to fatigue, it was one hell of a workout, I found the chin ups really challenging today, we have been using the machine in preparation for unassisted but after the heavy lifting I had no strength left and had to decrease the weight so I was able to lift myself at all.
