    Due to continuing bad weather workout in garage.

    5 minutes on step machine.
    20 shoulder dislocation movements using tow - rope.
    10 kettlebell swings - 35lb.
    20 side lifts,L & R,35lb.
    10 clean & press,l & r,16lb kettlebell.
    10 neck rotations,16lb.
    60lb clean & press x5
    60lb squats x 5 (first time i have managed squats due to being terribly round shouldered,dislocation exercises working!)
    160lb deadlift x 5.
    208 lb deadlift x 5.
    1 minute elbow plank.

    3x6 45kg bb push press
    3x8 45kg bb romanian deadlift
    3x8 45kg bb bent over row
    3x8 70kg lat pull down
    3x8 30kg bb stiff leg good morning
    3x6 per leg rear lunge w/20kg in each hand
    Stretch, walk home.

    went on a six mile hike through hilly terrain with a 15 pound back pack on in this awesome weather with my sweet husband
