10 kettlebell swings - 35lb.
20 side lifts,L & R,35lb.
10 clean & press,l & r,16lb kettlebell.
10 neck rotations,16lb.
60lb clean & press x5
60lb squats x 5 (first time i have managed squats due to being terribly round shouldered,dislocation exercises working!)
160lb deadlift x 5.
208 lb deadlift x 5.
1 minute elbow plank.
