4 rounds of row 500, 15 push presses, 30 air squats
Just got back into workout out today.
Did a pyramid workout of Pushups, Chin-ups and Squats. I got up to 5 reps before having to work my way down. The chin-ups is what failed me.
I ended up doing 25 chin-ups, 25 squats and 25 pushups (about 10 of those were dive bombers)
On top of that, I added 10 lunges each leg to finish it off.
Pretty average for a 17 year old male![]()
5K run in 28 minutes. 2 sets of 10 reps of 1 pull up followed by 2 push ups followed by 3 squats.
Few but ripe.
Weighted Pullups is my favorite workout and i also love to go for running becasue running makes me fresh and i enjoy my whole day with good energy.
swimming in the AM. Toning class outside in the PM. We freeze the calories off ;-). It is so cold that I'm sure our bodies shrink in the process.
