5x5 Barbell Bent Rows - 135 Max - First time doing these in a while. Need to go heavier
5x5 Shoulder Press - 115 Max - Got all my reps except for the very last one, damn.

No squats cause my freaking apartment "Fitness Center" doesn't have a squat rack. Hell, they don't even have a real bench press. I'd say it's one step above a crappy hotel gym.

this barbell 'bent' row, how is this different from what i call the row?

this 'shoulder' press, how is this different from what i call the overhead press?

    Today was 'Jerry'
    run 1 mile
    row 2K
    run 1 mile.

AND it was my first real run in my VFFs. Made my stride WAY better and it was fun! And my feet don't hurt either!

    Todays WOD (At home) was:
    3 rounds of:
    1/2 km run
    50 air squats
Just over 18 mins, and it kicked my ass! I was still sore from yesterdays WOD. Very slow, but I know ill improve.

I went hiking in snow today, well yesterday now. We've had heavy snowfall. Low temperatures and ankle deep wet snow. I put on Huarache sandals (4mm Vibram soles) over very thin special woolen socks. Incredible grip! Uphill and downhill, walking and running. I kept warm, despite getting my feet wet. Good, tough workout in western Norwegian hills. Loved it!

They probably aren't different. Just what I've gotten used to calling them.

I guess I say barbell just to let me know I used a bar and not dumb bells. I say shoulder press to mean I didn't add any umph whatsoever. All shoulders, not little pop or push to assist.

Hour long walk in some really bad weather (storm winds and rain). Yeah, I'm sopping wet now
