    Bench Throws 85 3x6

    1-L Squat 3x4 *70lbs of external resistance
    Bench Press 240 4x4

    1-L Deadlift 3x4 *70lbs of external resistance
    Weighted Pull Ups 35 4x4

    30/90 sprint intervals on treadmill 3.0 incline 11.5 speed

    Think I'll frolf or sprint tomorrow.

    5 rounds for time:
    run 400 meters
    135 Thruster

    Pretty tough one. I could only keep the thrusters up for 3 rounds before I had to drop the weight down to 95. Finished in 14:38.
