    Bench Throws 85 3x6

    1-L Squat 3x4 *70lbs of external resistance
    Bench Press 240 4x4

    1-L Deadlift 3x4 *70lbs of external resistance
    Weighted Pull Ups 35 4x4

    30/90 sprint intervals on treadmill 3.0 incline 11.5 speed

    Think I'll frolf or sprint tomorrow.

    5 rounds for time:
    run 400 meters
    135 Thruster

    Pretty tough one. I could only keep the thrusters up for 3 rounds before I had to drop the weight down to 95. Finished in 14:38.

    Crossfit workout in my home gym:

    Warm up, mobility, then 2 rounds of this for time (1 min rest in between rounds):

    50 KB Swings
    40 Full Sit Ups (P90X)
    30 Push Ups (done at an incline)
    20 MB Twist Slams
    10 Burpees
    20 DB Bent-over Rows
    30 Pullups (Lat Pulldowns with Freedom Trainer instead)
    40 Supermans
    50 Air Squats

    Did it in 16:15 the 1st Round and 16:04 in the second round

    My 2nd Crossfit workout!! (Previously did P90X strength workouts)
    Overweight athlete going PRIMAL

    11/4/11
    SW: 228lb
    GW: 160lb by August 2012

    11/24/11- 222
    12/30/11- 229
    1/7/12- 225
    1/17/12 (2 weeks into Whole30)- 218
    5/15/12- 218 (Need motivation to eat a clean Primal diet!!)
