One of the best ways to get info is to look at the WOD thread in this forum. Lots of good ideas there.

Good work, those illicit days doing what you love while everyone is working just makes the hobby seem even better!
Do what you love and do it often. If you don't like something, change it. if you don't like your job, quit. If you don't have enough time, stop watching tv. If you are looking for the love of your life, stop, they will be waiting for you when you start doing the things you love. Stop over analyzing, life is simple. When you eat, appreciate every last bite. Some opportunities only come once, seize them.

    12 minutes AMRAP
Plank, push up, L/R knee cross in pushup, jump to low squat, 5kg ball toss, two squats (holding ball still),
L/R diagonal knee raise from sumo squat (still holding ball). Thats one round. Kinda like an extended burpee.

Credit goes to BodyRock.tv for the inspiration! I usually do their workouts most days.
