chest and back superset, trying to up conditioning for MMA training

Plank, push up, L/R knee cross in pushup, jump to low squat, 5kg ball toss, two squats (holding ball still),
L/R diagonal knee raise from sumo squat (still holding ball). Thats one round. Kinda like an extended burpee.
